| Message: | I am also looking for family and my Great Grandfather was Giles Ruben Bowers. He was born in Nov. 1834 to John Bowers and Margaret LIPE. John's father we think is Adam Bowers, Jr. Any information would be helpful. If I can help you let me know. BOWERS born 10-14-1834, died 5-22-1875 in Bradyville, Tennessee, he was a drummer in the Northern Army during the Civil War. He was married to LAVICIA EMMALINE NORTHCUTT married 5-7-1859. His father was SIMON BOWERS born 2-2-1802 died 11-2-1867, and married to SALLY FORBUS 6-14-1846. I have not found any info to verify this any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You |
