| Message: | Have traced my Wuerttemburg, German -- Bauer/Bower/Baur ancestral family to NY arriving NA 1802-1835. Believe he came with "sibling family" around 1830. GG-GF "John";.... m: Katrina or Katherine Bastian 1834 NY, named his boys John, George, Frank, Peter, and Charles, (all moved to WI 1851). Lived in the Syracuse, Oswego, NY area around 1839-1850... Probable naturalization application Syracuse 1836. Any brothers possibly moved westward through the Ohio area. Anyone with similarities please contact! | |
